Nexion Spa is pleased to announce the acquisition, through its U.S. subsidiary (Corghi USA), of Eagle Equipment.
This division will be incorporated into a new entity named Eagle Automotive Equipment Inc., a company under the control of CORGHI USA Inc.
Eagle Equipment has been a trusted name in the automotive industry since 1954, offering a comprehensive range of automotive shop equipment, specializing in above-ground car lifts and tire service equipment. The company sells directly to customers through its website and direct mailing.
By acquiring a player specialized in direct sales of Car Lifts and Wheel Service Equipment to the consumer industry, the Nexion Group strengthens its presence in the U.S., expanding its range of products and customer base to key market segments, while ensuring a competitive offering that maintains the high-quality standard that is a must for all products from the Nexion Group facilities.
